THE LEGAL STUFF
All prices are subject to change without notice. Vision Dynamics Entertainment is not responsible for any and all items not provided in our catalog such as special production vehicles, talent/casting, props, and wardrobe, project insurance, production catering, security, concept of commercial, or video, release of rights, and storage. All expenses such as copies, shipping, rentals, production expendables, gas mileage (for locations 30 miles or more), Crew Member travel expenses (such as hotels, airfare, and vehicle transportation), and additional master prints, or copies will be recoupable at final billing of each production. 100% of production costs, and fees must be obtained 7 (seven) business days prior to the beginning of production. All remaining fees, costs and expenses to Vision Dynamics Entertainment must be paid within 7 (seven) business days upon client receiving the final bill and /or invoice. All monies taken, paid, and recouped are non-refundable.
Vision Dynamics represents and warrants that their products and services will be rendered on a timely fashion, and presented with quality to the best of their natural ability. All clients must represent and warrant that they have the complete, natural and legal right of law to all products and items presented visually, and by sound in each and every production. Vision Dynamics Entertainment and its affiliates take no responsibility for any of breach of representations and warranties by client and hereunder are not subject to any legal action taken against the production, client, and/or product. All clients must agree to release any and all liability from Vision Dynamics Entertainment and their affiliates.
Vision Dynamics Entertainment may end contract at anytime producer, or company sees fit due to any and all negligence, lack of cooperation, hostile working environment, failure to reach payments in a timely fashion, and breach of representations and warranties, without refund or obligation to client.
Vision Dynamics Entertainment and their affiliates reserve the right to copy and distribute products created, for the sole purpose of marketing, and promotional use. At no time shall client have the right to restrict any and all usage of the product for the purpose of marketing and promotional use.
